About Shoreline Beach Resort

Shoreline Beach Resort is located around picturesque greenery closely overlooking the clean long beach at the front and serene backwaters behind. Sun rises at the backwater side of the resort and the sunsets in front of the resort in the Arabian sea.

The property is designed in Indian traditional theme with four independent a/c rooms facing sea and three a/c cottages facing backwaters equipped with modern comforts and amenities. The home unit has a large covered terrace space facing sea for dining and relaxed sit outs and yoga.

This is the finest sea front property in Kannur with unpolluted atmosphere, crystal clear water and privacy. We assure you a safe and clean stay.

What an amazing stay it was! The beach view was amazing and the owner and the caretaker were so friendly and caring at the same time. The quality and quantity of food was wholesome. The food provided was so hygienic and tasty. Rooms , garden, surrounding were so clean and hygienic. They are pet friendly and totally welcomed my labrador puppy. Lastly, it all felt so homely. I stayed at the shoreline beach resort for almost two months and it was a time I will never forget. The resort was very clean, the staff very caring and helpful. The food was incredible,tasty and made with heart. The location is pristine, right on the shore of a private beach. I got to see the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The owner, Renith was very helpful. Anything I needed he delivered right away. I will most definitely be back!

After the inconvenience of staying in a famous place which was a horrible experience, I found Shoreline, the best alternative I could have asked for! The room is spacious, the bathroom hot water and is very clean, the whole property very well maintained and only a few meters from the sea water! Beautiful nature, silence, coconut trees, warm seas, clean sand, and a very private beach. Shoreline is a great option!!! Will surely be revisited by me! Highly recommended! Oh and the food and the caretaker of the place are great too!

It is like coming home when I visit Shoreline for a few weeks in the winter. The staff provide excellent food to meet our needs, good service, drives to Kannur city and make us feel right at home. We also feel welcomed by the beautiful, pristine Thottada Beach and enjoy meeting the friendly local people. The staff are fantastic, friendly and flexible. You won't be disappointed to meet Mr. Renith, family and his team!

I stayed at these beautiful cosy cottage for 22 nights. I was doing a panchakarma treatment and wa s well taken care of. The staff Shambo and shiva was always helpful, truly friendly and cooked amazing food. Renit the owner always made sure I had everything I need and was so helpful and kind as well. The room was amazing with a view to the river and the beach just a few steps away. I could really relax and feel like home during my treatment. I would truly recommend this place if you are in Kannur Kerala. Thank you again!

I went here for 6 days with and had great hospitality from the owner who made to feel very welcome and cared for , Shoreline was the perfect place. The setting is amazing ,rooms very clean and comfortable .The best part has to be the cook Shambu and the fine fresh cuisine every night - and every breakfast - i wanted to take him home! but couldnt ,so will hopefully take my family there to him next year ,and shoreline the perfect place to base your self, Thankyou I wil be back soon
